SAP Product Support are seeking volunteers for a usability study.
Do you use the SAP Support Portal and the SAP ONE Support Launchpad to solve issues your company faces with its SAP products? If so, SAP would like to understand what steps you take to find solutions for those issues.
SAP would like to set up a one hour phone interview with you where you can walk them through the process you undertake to solve the issues.
